Myriam Granado

Born in Bogota,Colombia, Myriam came to the U.S. at the age of 22 determined to succeed and realize her dreams. She went on to lead a career in photography where she worked with major advertising companies. In 1997 she was hired as Road Manager by the International Latin Singer, Rey Ruiz. For seven years she traveled the world acquiring a vast experience in dealing with all sorts of financial and cultural situations. During her time as business and artistic organizer she and Ruiz were invited to the White House in 2002 as part of a special event commemorating the tragedy of 9-11. Among the artists present were Gloria and Emilio Estefan, who produced a track dedicated to the memory of 9-11 victims.

In 2004, she developed an interest in real estate and joined Century 21 Doral Stars. In her first year of being an agent, she was recognized as a Top Listing Agent and went on to receive the Ruby Award for her great work. She would go on to receive even greater recognition for her real estate work, including the accolade of Top Listing Agent and the 100% Club Award for three consecutive years. A lifelong learner she has added to her expertise by acquiring her Real Estate Broker License in 2006, as well as Mortgage Broker License – 2007, REO Certified Specialist – 2009, SFR Short Sales and Foreclosures – 2010, TRC Transnational Referral Course – 2010, Luxury Home Marketing Member – 2010, CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert 2011, IRES International Real Estate Specialist 2011, CIAS Certified Investor Agent Specialist 2011. Myriam prides herself on her real estate knowledge and helping her clients feel like part of the family. Acknowledged by her peers as one of the best in the field of REAL estate, her work ethics, professionalism and dedication to her clients have become the hallmark of her career.
At the beginning of 2017, Myriam proudly joined The Town of Medley Chamber of Commerce as Vice President. In concert with her warm and embracing personality, Myriam dedicates considerable time and efforts to community service as a proud Member of the Board of Miami Power Team Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, which since 1995 is dedicated to the noble cause of offering hope by extending a helping hand to children with terminal illness, cancer, autism, down syndrome, and other physical and visual disabilities .
