Elsie Dávila

Raised in Puerto Rico, Elsie Davila learned the importance of customer service at an early age. Her dedication and hard work caught the eye of Alfredo Salas, CEO of Koning Restaurants, when she started working as a cook in a Pizza Hut restaurant. Davila quickly advance within the Company, becoming an outstanding Restaurant General Manager and then quickly after, an Area Manager.

In 2008, Davila was promoted to Director of Operations of the Dade Market. She supervises the operations of all restaurants in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties as well as the Call Centers, including over 1,400 employees. She is responsible for managing and controlling the Company’s annual budget, as well as planning and implementing new strategies for the growth of the Company.

Davila’s unique role as an innovator within the largest Hispanic franchise for Pizza Hut has been recognized both at a local and national level. She has been a key individual in the development of various national promotions within both the Pizza Hut and PepsiCo systems.

Davila has been recognized for her leadership role and for her capability to train and develop talent within Koning Restaurants. Her passion for helping others have reached to various non-profit organizations, as Miami Dade College, World Hunger Relief, Muscular Dystrophy Association and The Miami Power Team Foundation.
